Are you looking for the best way to save and keep my diet .. I wonder if anyone experience with sealants and food has pockets? I am single and love going to the grocery store from time to time (up to cover a long period of time), but fruits and vegetables spoil quickly, I ended up throwing all is lost. It could also, meat / poultry and other items stored in the freezer for longer, but you do not know the best way to do this? Do not cut Tupperware and Ziploc bags really are. Anyone who has experience with helping hunters food or other good idea to real food fresh for my time?
