High Protein Products Can A High Protein Diet Cause Kidney Problems?

Can a high protein diet cause kidney problems? - high protein products

Some dog foods have meat as the first ingredient, and learned that it is a good thing. I've seen some listed with 23% crude protein, and I wonder how it is digested. But somewhere along the line I felt that too much protein as kidney damage. Do you believe that 23% crude protein is sufficient or too much?

This is a very loaded question, because there are many variables to consider, to messages that others have forgotten to mention.

First, when it comes to how much protein does a dog, usually 22-26% for an adult dog. The feeding performance and diet more frequently due to the growth / tension in the muscles. Dogs that have completed their growth and just want a normal rule should hold only present in the diet with diets low 20% protein.

Secondly, when food, the food must be very careful what it really means a protein of 23%. If you have a low quality feed food that has not received 23% protein. For food of poor quality, I mean, Science Diet, Iams, Eukanuba, Purina, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Waltham, etc., and the varieties of foods such as Dog Chow, Ol Roy, Kibbles'n "bits, etc.

These foods are low quality because they corn derivatives, which usually includes the first two components. You are not able to digest the components of total protein in the diet, but dogs. So instead of 23% of the proteins that are actually included 5.10%. Therefore the majority of dogs in these foods are so unhealthy. They are equipped with various diseases such as cancer, diabetes, etc fitted, because they do not get the nutrition your body needs.

Third, if a dog food high protein quality and level of fresh eggs by humans, chickens and turkeys, then your body has to work so hard, because these proteins 90-100% digestible. (Corn is the digestibility of only 30-40%). When working or sporting dogs, a diet rich in protein to chickens and turkeys is essential for maintaining good health.

I think if they knew more about dog food that you recognize that firms Popular "by the above-described ingredients are much worse than to kidney problems and other problems lead only to see protein. These companies, the killing of people with things like pets PROVEN CONSERVATIVE chemical carcinogens.

My proposal is to develop a good quality food like Innova, Wellness, Karma, to Solid Gold, Canidae, Evo (42% protein, on the basis of a raw feed). In this way, your dog is reallyAnd get the nutrition you need and you need not worry about things like problems with the kidneys.

Good luck. I only wish there was a better way to get the message to the people that give large companies in the pet food industry is not what they seem to be.

23% protein, is acceptable. Dogs of the energy is high or growing large breed pups given 23% protein. Chow, Puppy is even higher in protein, but occurs only in the first or second year.

All dog food has developed to follow a rule. If you are the right food for their breed, age, size of the dog can be pretty sure that he / she receives the exact amount of all vitamins and minerals.

I would not make too worried if companines dog food to meet the guidelines set by the consequences.

By sueing Nations today, nobody wants to stand at the start.

Yes, it's hard to believe a lot of protein in the kidneys. But 23% is hardly a problem. Some Preformance rations are about 30%, I have not seen cause problems (I think) one of my dogs. Now there's a formula that every vet I showed toshreak label - which generates 43% protein. oh yeah adertised animal dog society does not seem that people buy these foods ........
