I think if you are your doctor and find the right drug (s), or a combination of medication (s) work for you, you will be able to work and study. I had a psychotic depression, six years ago. Luckily, he never came back. Choose a job that is not too stressful for you. Take a few courses at a time when you want to study. Make sure you have learned to handle pressure, before it reaches the point that dazzles. Good luck in the future.

That is possible. Depending on the severity of their disease, how well the drugs work for you, and to what extent you follow the treatment plan prescribed by your doctor.

Many people suffer from depression with psychotic symptoms result in a fully productive. Many others suffer terribly for a while and then again - depression tend episodic illness, not one that calls into serious and remains unchangeable.
